DUO for a JOB is a Belgian non-profit organization whose primary aim is to help people find stable employment. It organizes intergenerational and intercultural mentoring to help young people (mentee) into employment by benefiting from the experience of older people (mentor) during a regular apprenticeship of at least six months. The aim is to share knowledge and experience to develop the applicant’s skills and help him or her achieve professional goals.
In 2021, during the period of health crisis affecting many enterprises, the Périer-D’Ieteren Foundation decided to support DUO for a JOB for three years.
